As an AWS/DevOps Systems Engineer, your primary objective will be to utilize cutting-edge technology to construct and automate a highly efficient, adaptable, and resilient AWS infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of the infrastructure, including networking, storage, monitoring, capacity planning, load balancing, and disaster recovery, among others.
Demonstrate proficiency in automation, utilizing languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
Exhibit strong expertise in Linux and bash scripting.
Possess in-depth knowledge of CICD pipelines, with proficiency in at least one tool such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
Advantageous to have experience with GitLab CI/CD, providing a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, including backup, autoscaling, and high availability (HA) strategies, is necessary.
Advantageous to have experience with Azure.
Utilize your advanced expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to design, deploy, and manage containerized applications efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring reliable performance and system stability.
Expertise in service mesh technologies like Istio and Consul is desirable.
Expertise in docker compose is desirable.
Proficiency in working on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Helm and Terraform is essential.
Working knowledge or experience in Ansible is considered a plus.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK, New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, etc is considered a plus.
